The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu with mounting doskou na four otvory, which allows simple installation na steel plech with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia achieves smooth and maintenance-free chod, while the brzdový mechanizmus locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current natočení for zvýšenú safety. Tread z vstrekovaného polyamidu is durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, which ho robí vhodným for straight polyurethane floor. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances, where ihlové bearing with external krúžkom z material wheel centre and klietkou z polyamidu PA6 guarantees reliability and long service life.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)

  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • suitable for short distances
