The series model 473 CPB-V predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with montážou na upínací driek (smooth pin) for steel plech thickness 3 až 3,5 mm. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamidu such as material tread achieves výnimočnú resistance to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, while prírodná biela farba zachováva estetický vzhľad. Zinc-plated vidlica z steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami ensures precise rotáciu and long service life without the need for maintenance. Ihlové bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre z steel with tvrdosťou 25 HRC and klietka z polyamidu PA6, is optimalizované for short transport distances, thereby minimises opotrebovanie. Toto castor is špeciálne navrhnuté for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných polyuretánových floors, ponúkajúc reliable výkon v industrial and komerčných environments.

Bracket 473 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
