The series model 473 CPB-V predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with montážou na upínací driek, určené for steel plech with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm. Thanks to pozinkovanej vidlici without Cr6 and polyamidovému wheel centre odolnému to corrosion, alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, ideálne resists náročným podmienkam. The design uses dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami, which ensures maintenance-free operation and smooth movement. Ihlové bearing, where vonkajší krúžok tvorí material wheel centre z steel with tvrdosťou 25 HRC and klietkou z polyamidu PA6, is optimalizované for short transport distances, thereby reduces opotrebovanie. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou na rovných polyuretánových floors, where combines durability and reliability.

Bracket 473 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
