The design series 623 CZC combines swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, made z steel plechu hr. 3–4 mm and pozinkovanej vidlice, which increases durability against corrosion. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoču ensures precise rotáciu and long service life with minimálnou údržbou. Wheel is vybavené vstrekovaným teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with prírodnou bielou farbou. Use guličkových ložiskí with dvoma radiálnymi ložiskami and krytmi guarantees bezstopý and quiet operation. An ideal choice for lakovne and applications with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, which is zabezpečené montážnym kompletom with teflónovým povrchom. Thanks to tejto konštrukcii offers reliable operation v demanding conditions.

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube
