Vidlica series 623 is made z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 4 mm and disponuje dvojitým axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami, which ensures tesnenie otočenia and maintenance-free operation. Pozinkované version without Cr6 increases resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CZC uses vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre v prírodnej bielej farbe, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu. Thanks to the use of klzného bearing, tvoreného material wheel centre, is wheel odolné to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, which allows non-marking operation. Toto riešenie is suitable for short transport distances v demanding conditions, such as are lakovne, where teplota pece krátkodobo achieves až +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C. Teplotná durability is plne zachovaná during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom.

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
