The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu series 623 vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3-4 mm with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CPC is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is vysoko durable to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otoča achieves smooth and dlhoveký chod. Mechanizmus brake typu F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and dlhšie transport distances, where are important chemická durability and spoľahlivé brzdenie.

  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
