The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 3-4 mm, which ensures stability and durability. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoču ensures smooth and quiet operation. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction. Vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre provides excellent resistance to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Klzné bearing ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to týmto vlastnostiam is castor suitable for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances.

Bracket 623 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 4 mm
  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
