The series model 724 CFZ-G200 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, navrhnuté for extrémne load. The design uses zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 4-6 mm with kovaným and vytvrdzovaným load-bearing dielom bearing, thereby increases mechanickú durability. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi ensures plynulý and non-marking operation with dlhou service lifeou. Polyamidový tread is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, suitable for applications v pekárňach with krátkodobou teplotou do +300°C (teplota wheel do +250°C during použití teflónového montážneho kompletu). Mechanizmus brake T allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety and stability. An ideal choice for industrial prostredia vyžadujúce durability against teplu and mechanickému zaťaženiu.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • shaped and hardened bearing

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube
