The design vidlice series 724 includes swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, which ensures stable and bezpečné upevnenie. Vysoko odolné version z steel plechu thickness 4 až 6 mm and zinkovanie without Cr6 protects against corrosion and increases service life. Nosný diel bearing is kovaný and vytvrdzovaný, which zlepšuje mechanickú strength. Mechanizmus brake T blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, poskytujúc dodatočnú safety. Wheel series CFZ is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which resists vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with farbou sivo-čiernou. An ideal choice for use v pekárňach, where teplota pece krátkodobo achieves až 300°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť 250°C; teplotná durability platí len with montážnym kompletom with teflónovým povrchom. Type bearing includes dve radiálne nerezové ball bearings with krytmi, which ensures plynulý and maintenance-free chod, suitable for applications vyžadujúce hygienu and resistance to wear.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube
