The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake vychádza z vysoko durable prevedenia series 724. Zinc-plated vidlica z steel plechu thickness 4 až 6 mm and nosný diel bearing, which is kovaný and vytvrdzovaný, zaisťujú long service life. Mechanizmus brake T locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby provides bezpečnú stability during použití. Wheel centre z šedej liatiny (STN 42 2420) is zosilnený load-bearing rebrom and má antikorózny náter, while tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, thereby guarantees excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high záťaž. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which allows maintenance-free operation. Tento model is suitable for straight betónové floor with miernymi nerovnosťami and is optimalizovaný for nepretržitú operation, while jeho tread nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel LU series:

Wheel center:

  • one-piece
  • grey cast iron (STN 42 2420)
  • reinforced supporting rib
  • anti-corrosion paint
  • grey color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • brown color
Application:
  • flat concrete floors
  • small obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
