The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vysoko odolnú zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with hrúbkou 4 až 6 mm, which ensures stability and long service life. Wheel centre z šedej liatiny so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom is nerazdeliteľne combined with liateho polyurethane elastomer, thereby achieves excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load without poškodenia floor. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which allows smooth and bezstopý movement. Mechanizmus brake typu T locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, poskytujúc reliable fixation. Toto castor is suitable for straight betónové floor with miernymi nerovnosťami and is optimalizované for nepretržitú operation v demanding industrial conditions.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel LU series:

Wheel center:

  • one-piece
  • grey cast iron (STN 42 2420)
  • reinforced supporting rib
  • anti-corrosion paint
  • grey color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • brown color
Application:
  • flat concrete floors
  • small obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
