The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors series 823 CPB-g combines vstrekovaný polyamidový tread, which is durable to corrosion, alkoholu, soliam, tukom and niektorým kyselinám v zriedených koncentráciách, with pozinkovanou vidlicou z steel plechu thickness 3 až 5 mm. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi and zakrytému náboju wheel thread guard cover achieves high durability and maintenance-free operation. An ideal choice for use na rovných, polyuretánových floors v equipment with trvalou záťažou, suitable for short aj dlhé transport distances, thereby increases efektivitu and trvanlivosť prepravy.

Bracket 823 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 5 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V)
