The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 3 až 5 mm, which ensures high durability against corrosion and non-marking operation. Tread z vstrekovaného polyamidu offers excellent chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, which ho robí vhodným for demanding industrial prostredia. Ball bearing with cover ensures plynulú rotáciu and long service life, while the mounting doska na four otvory allows simple and bezpečnú installation. An ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou and dlhými prepravnými vzdialenosťami, where important reliability and nízká maintenance.

Bracket 823 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 5 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)
