The series model CPB-g uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre, which ensures výnimočnú resistance to corrosion and chemicals such as alkohol, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. The design with jedno-radiálnym ball bearing v zakrytom hub ensures reliable and long-term operation with minimálnou údržbou. Thanks to tejto kombinácii is wheel ideálne for applications na rovných polyuretánových floors with trvalou záťažou, where vyžaduje efektívna preprava na dlhšie vzdialenosti. Protivláknový cover navyše protects bearing pred nečistotami, thereby predlžuje service life celého wheel.

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - ball:

  • one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
  • wheel hub covered with a threaded guard
