The series model CPB-g uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby ensures long service life v demanding environments. The design with polyurethane tread guarantees non-marking operation na rovných floors, while jedno radiálne ball bearing with krytím ensures hladkú and maintenance-free operation. Thanks to the use of tejto kombinácie materiálov is wheel optimálne for equipment with trvalou záťažou and dlhé transport distances, where kladie dôraz na reliability and tichú operation.

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G)

Bearing - ball:

  • one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
  • wheel hub covered with a threaded guard
