The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm, which ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel centre is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, while prírodná biela farba zlepšuje estetiku. Use klzného bearing ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which is advantageous for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Thanks to týmto vlastnostiam is castor suitable for straight, polyurethane floor and short transport distances, ponúkajúc reliable and efektívny výkon v demanding environments.

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
