The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing, which guarantees stability and long service life. Polyamidový wheel centre, made vstrekovaním, is durable to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, thereby hodí for demanding prostredia. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, allows maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to the use of of this material and konštrukcie is castor suitable for straight, polyurethane floor with trvalou záťažou, ponúkajúc reliable výkon during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
