The series model 453 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with konštrukčným solution založeným na polyamide wheel centre and klznom bearing, which ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to the use of pozinkovanej vidlice z steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing and montážnym hole na skrutku provides reliable montáž for equipment with trvalou záťažou. An ideal choice for applications na rovných polyuretánových floors, where vyžaduje vysoká chemická resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, while is optimalizované for short transport distances.

Bracket 453 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • pressed steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - plain bore:
