Vidlica series 623 is made z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 4 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which guarantees resistance to corrosion. Otočný mechanizmus uses dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením, which ensures plynulý and non-marking operation. Wheel series CPC is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is durable to chemicals such as alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. Thanks to klznému bearing z material wheel centre is toto castor bezúdržbové and odolné to dirt and external vplyvom. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances, where important reliability and jednoduchá installation cez montážnu dosku.

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
