The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors combines zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with mounting doskou na four otvory, which allows simple installation. Vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre provides excellent resistance to corrosion, alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation with odolnosťou to dirt and external vplyvom. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnenie otočnej časti zaručujú smooth and reliable running. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 4 mm
  • double bearing with calibrated races
  • seal in the swivel head
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:
