The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses montážnu dosku na four otvory for simple installation. Vidlica z steel plechu thickness 3-4 mm is zinkovaná without Cr6, which guarantees long-term protection pred koróziou. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením swivel mechanizmu ensures smooth and quiet operation. Tread z vstrekovaného polyamidu vykazuje high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor and equipment with trvalou záťažou, where plain bearing allows maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom. Suitable najmä na short transport distances.

  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
