The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 624 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Vstrekovaný polyamidový tread provides excellent chemickú resistance to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, suitable for polyurethane floor. Dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi ensure smooth and maintenance-free movement, while the mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, zvyšujúc safety during handling. An ideal choice for equipment with trvalou záťažou, where potrebná reliability and durability v demanding conditions.

Bracket 624 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • medium-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K)
  • long distances (CPB-g)

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
