The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vidlicu series 624 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which is stredne durable and suitable for steel plech thickness 4 až 5 mm. Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety during handling. Wheel series CPC is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals such as alkohol, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and short transport distances. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, thereby guarantees reliability v various environments.

Bracket 624 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
