The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 624 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which increases durability against corrosion. Tread z vstrekovaného polyamidu is durable to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám, suitable for chemické prostredia. Ball bearing with dvoma radiálnymi ložiskami and krytmi ensures plynulý and quiet operation, while the brzdový mechanizmus T blocks rotation for bezpečnú stabilizáciu. Thanks to montážnej doske na four otvory allows quick mounting, suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou and dlhšie transport distances, which ho robí spoľahlivou voľbou for industrial applications.

Bracket 624 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • medium-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
